I am a 200-hour certified yoga teacher with preference for teaching a Hatha, slow flow class. my intention is to create a warm, safe and inclusive space for my students to explore its practice. My goal is to offer a class that can bring a nice flow and easy transitions while having the opportunity to enjoy every pose.

I am a 200-hour registered yoga teacher. I teach gentle and slow flow style of yoga classes using ayurvedic concepts designed to heal body, mind and spirit.

Both yoga and ayurveda are integral to health lifestyle. If you are only doing yoga asanas, you are doing half of what is required for bringing health and balance to the physical body. Ayurveda gives us a strong foundation in terms of good physical health and yoga helps us advance in our spiritual journey.

Come join me on this journey of transformation to go deeper within to a place of peace, a place of balance, and a place of health.
