Our Instructors

I am a 200-hour registered yoga teacher, Reiki master, and I have taken various courses in meditation, breathing and mindfulness. I recently started studying to become a Physical Therapy Assistant.

Having survived the battle of cancer, I believe all my studies have lead me to support people through yoga, in their physical and emotional processes, to help them have a better quality of life.

I am a 500-hour registered teacher with experience ranging from yoga to mindfulness, meditation and breathing techniques.

I am passionate about yoga, however, my primary objective is to provide individuals with what they need to feel heard, valued and loved.
