Stretch and strength is a slow moving class which aims to work on your inner strength by mobilizing and stretching your entire body.
Yoga Core Strength
Yoga Core Strength focuses on developing Strength in the muscles of the abdomen, lower back, and pelvis. Through targeted poses and movements, it helps improve stability, balance, and overall functional strength in the core area.
