Chinese Wellness Arts 4: Soaring Crane Qigong and Standing Meditation (Zhan Zhuang)

This Workshop introduces Soaring Crane Qigong, a gentle and flowing Chinese wellness practice inspired by the graceful movements of a crane, together with Standing Meditation (Zhan Zhuang) a traditional practice of stillness and mindful posture,
Through slow, intentional movement, breath and standing meditation, participants will explore ways to cultivate balance, relaxation, body awareness, and a sense of grounded energy.

You wil receive Level one Reiki attunement, First and Second degree Reiki, Manual Handout Folder, Level Certification of Completion.
You will receive Level II Attunement, first and second Degree Reiki Manual Handout Folder, and level II certification of Completion.
You can take level 1 or you can bundle and take level 1 and 2. go to training page to know more about what topics you will learn on each level and what will it be cover.
You must have level I certificate to be able to advance to level II
